It is with great regret that I am even writing this review. I will start off by saying that I live 40 minutes away from Galaxy Toyota. However, I live 5 minutes away from Gateway Toyota. This is important to the story because I traveled out of my way to go to Galaxy, because of a previously enjoyable experience. My second experience has been much different to say the very least.

The Staff at Galaxy are really good. Welcoming and friendly staff. Environment makes you feel comfortable. Not too long after walking in the dealership, the staff was very attentive. The salesperson KJ and Lauren at this dealership were also great to work with. Both were accommodating, very patient and extremely professional throughout the entire process. I would recommend Galaxy Toyota to anyone interested in buying a car in the NJ Central or even the Tri State Area.
Unbelievably poor service - both customer and vehicle! Not at all accommodating in any way - over $500 charged for a normal battery!! Incredibly rude receptionists, my husband called 17 times over a 2 day period to find out about a car they had for 3 days and no answer! The entire dealership was a bad experience and we have been Toyota customers for years - but this dealership and service was awful.

If you can buy cash, get the title in hand same day, and register it yourself, then and only then, buy here. Otherwise, run for the hills. Dealer finger points at neighboring state over titling and registration delay, provides no evidence that anything was submitted to my state of residence, raise their voices over the phone to interrupt, and now just refuse to take our calls. With no title and dealer refusing to renew temporary registration, we now have to appeal to the state of NJ and BBB for mediation... spare yourselves.
Galaxy Toyota is wonderful. This is my 3rd lease with them. We are in our second car through working with Mohammed and he truly helped us out so incredibly much. It was a pleasure working with him. He is an excellent dealer.
I bought a used 4Runner this past weekend from them and on the way home thought, man these brakes are shot! Took them to my trusted mechanic for 15 years today and he said I can’t believe they let you leave with this. The back brakes were 100% gone and the front ones 90%. The salespeople were great and easy but for the manager to let that car be driven is insane.

KJ was well versed in Toyota operation and options. He accurately explained the details of the car being purchased and the operation of electronic entertainment features. However, when the car required follow-up support, he did not return three phone calls. Once the sale was made, KJ absented himself after promising follow up support and guidance. Disappointing ending.

If I could give them a zero I would. After having used them for the past 9 years, I can say I have never been treated in such a consistently shabby and inept way. I arrived at Galaxy Toyota after a few disappointing consultations with other dealerships. Luckily, my experience was nothing short of spectacular. I bought a 2024 4Runner from Mohamed "Mo" Amin over at Galaxy Toyota. Mo was awesome, and made the entire buying process a positive experience. 0ssie,manager and Nate salesman could not be more in touch with my requests. My 2009 Corolla was nearing its end. I bought it at Eatontown Galaxy. My family consistently purchased Toyota.vehicles. It was difficult to find what I wanted. Ossie found the car 2 hours away. Paperwork was completed. Nate drove it and put the license and cover on. Within a week I had an updated Corolla..It was a wonderful experience because of Ossie and Nate.

Extremly unhappy how i was treat in Galaxy Toyata. I end up close deal with them, what end up the worse experience i ever had it. They not honor their worlds and take advantage on you when they find out you don't nothing about this business . I purchased a 2021 Tundra in January of 2021, I had an issue with the bed liner and I initially spoke with. the sales person about it and she told me to wait for the hot weather to see if it works itself out, that never happen. KJ was so polite and answered all my questions. There was absolutely no pressure to buy my new vehicle. Most important was he didn’t keep me waiting forever while he went to get me a final price on my car. I have walked out of other dealerships when they kept me waiting for half an hour to get me a quote on the cost of a vehicle. Very, very, nice customer service at your dealership.
