Visited servicing. Phil greeted me - extremely helpful and friendly, worked with me to help me understand what needed to be done and when, and most importantly - how we could keep my costs down.James (senior mechanic) came out and explained the details, where OEM parts were recommended and where after-markets could be used without huge impact.Loaner car was brand new and high spec. My car was ready on time.These two guys gave me huge confidence in Galaxy Toyota - they really care about the customer and didn't try to squeeze me out of money. If you have a Toyota that needs service, I recommend going here and asking for Phil Dahrouge and getting James to do the work.
I first bought my Camry in 2004 from a different salesperson who is no longer with the dealership. She was excellent too, by the way, Reason I went to Toyota is the Honda dealer up the street ignored me when I walked in to look at cars. Toyota did not. In 2014, when I needed a new car, same situation. Walked in Galaxy and luckily Laura Patton was there. She worked with me to find the car I wanted and the color and features as well. It was an excellent no pressure pleasant experience. I did Trucar, and they matched the price of the lowest of the 3 dealers (who of course was 20 miles from my home vs galaxy 5 miles away) . When my son needed a car, with no hesitation, we went to Galaxy again to Laura and she found him a used 2014 Corolla that he purchased with zero problems or worries. We will be repeat customers, now 2 generations... 🙂
